Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for exchange, you must return your item within 7 days after you receive the item. Item must be in original new condition. Under no circumstances will we accept any item that shows any signs of the following:
- cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
- visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
- alterations or modifications of any kind
- tags that are removed, altered or damaged
If we discover any of the above conditions, we will not accept the item in return. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt, and ship it back to:

Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. FiyaGear.com is not responsible for returned items that are stolen, lost, damaged or delayed in the mail. Therefore, we recommend that you properly insure your package.

Shipping Policy
- Due to fraudulent orders, all orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address.
- All orders placed after 2pm Central Standard Time will be shipped the following BUSINESS DAY.
- All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
- Shipping prices are the same no matter how large of a quantity you order.
